We want you to love The Grip Comb! However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (as indicated by the tracking information).

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all components included.

Customers must contact us at support@thegripcomb.com before initiating any return. Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

If the product is deemed defective upon inspection, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes

We are not responsible for lost return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you must open a case with USPS. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

We are also not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered the address incorrectly at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date before completing your order.
